Breakfast Pizza

Servings: 4
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Previously: Make Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 slices american cheese (or shredded equivalent of your favorite cheese)
  • frozen bacon
  • whole wheat pizza dough
Roll out pizza dough on lightly floured surface and spread onto pizza tray or baking dish.
Cut off 1/2 cm slices off ends of frozen bacon.  Throw into hot skillet to render fat and make crispy.
In bowl whisk together egg and milk.  Pour on top of uncooked pizza dough.
Tear cheese into chunks and disperse evening on top of egg.  Add the bacon crisps (if you don’t like bacon, leave off.)
I personally don’t like bacon, so I only put them on the hub’s side.
